Happy Halloween!

We started to prepare for Halloween in the early afternoon, right after Eleanor's nap and a quick snack break. Eleanor helps with the seed removal, using a big spoon to dig deep into the pumpkin.


We kept a scubbie pad handy in case any seeds or pumpkin goo fell off of the spoon onto the floor...


Here is the "Happy!" pumpkin in all its glory. Eleanor preferred "Happy!" over other traditional carving themes like scary, funny and silly...


Eleanor enjoys displaying her costume "The Lion Dance." She never actually wears the Lion on her head, but nonetheless has a good time showing her Lion around the house and neighborhood!
